Botanical description
Yerba mate is an evergreen tree, which grows naturally on the banks of streams, in mountainous forests between 500 m and 700 m above sea level. In the wild, the tree can reach 20 meters in height.

Its leaves, roasted, pulverized and infused in hot water, are used to produce mate, a drink with effects similar to those of coffee or tea.
Olfactory description Its absolute of yellow-brown color gives off a vegetal and round scent.
