Botanical description	The Palo Santo is a tree that can grow up to 25 m high. Its wood is very hard and its bark is thin and peels off in strips.
Olfactory description	Its colorless essential oil, obtained by extraction from its hand-harvested fruits, gives off a vegetal, citrus and menthol scent.
