It is a southern city, where the language sings and sooth the bags of hot spices and the baskets of juicy citrus fruits, whose olfactory surge mingles with that of the bouquets of fresh, green, aromatic mint. We bring it to the nose with delight, in anticipation of these festive meals where we enter into communion. It is a great burst of light that pierces a Mediterranean country, like a sudden dazzle. The sun imposes its tender and whole burn on all: white rocks bitten by the silvery sea, dry earth kneaded with resins, fed by a luxuriant vegetation. We only have to close our eyes: the ground echoes the dawn of the silvery sea, like the first smile of the sky. It is an offering of roses in open and rough hands, placed at the altar of a landscape: and suddenly resounds the song of birds, the song of men, the song of the world. A whole living crowd, humans and plants, intertwines their chorus in the beat of the day.
